This 1998 Scamp is in excellent condition. It’s been updated so that it’s self sustaining on 12 volt lithium battery with Renogy Wandera for solar monitoring and recharging.
I have all the manual for updated items as well as receipt for major work, axle, A/C and Electric Hitch.
Fiberglass body has no cracks or leaks. Door has new seal. 5/24

INTERIOR IMPROVEMENTS
- - The original wall that is in between the bathroom and living area has been upgraded to maple plywood, replaced bathroom door out with same material and installed a new piano hinge. 3/22
- - The original MDF cabinet faces have been replaced with Baltic Birch plywood, and installed all new soft close hinges throughout. All wood throughout was finished with Rubio Monocoat, which is some of the best finish available. Zero VOC’s and extremely easy to fix damage in the future as reapplying does not require sanding or technical knowledge. Installed new custom cabinet door pulls that are handmade off Etsy 4/22
- - OSB & subfloor was replaced and sealed 1/22
- -Lifeproof laminate flooring, Flood proof, wear proof, lifetime warranty and virtually indestructible. I also have several sq ft of unused flooring that comes with the sale. 1/22 - Custom design, fun curtains. - New beautiful custom kitchen table/bed platform made of Baltic Birch. 1/23
