16’ Scamp standard layout with closet/toilet option. Fully renovated this year.
Interior: new LED light fixtures with additional under cabinet lighting. New vinyl flooring with cork padding. All interior furniture has been painted with gloss white Topside marine paint. New backsplash and original cabinetry. All original hardware was salvaged and polished. All new water resistant upholstery covers and new window treatments. 15 gallon water tank with electric (usb chargeable faucet). Great for boondocking. But still has the 20 gallon fresh water tank under the dinette. Neutral color scheme. Any decor is temporary and can be removed to personalize (peel and stick wallpaper and command strips). New Thetford 135 porta potti that stores perfectly under the bunk storage. AC and fridge are in good condition.

Exterior: New rear stabilizer legs, updated porch lighting, new tires, new rivet caps. All windows have been sealed. No existing leaks.

This little egg was a time capsule when I got her (a few before pics are included)! It was stored for 9 years so is in great condition for a ‘98. I’m just a DIY’er but all renovations were done for my personal use; so a lot of thought, time and care went into bringing her into the 21st century! Last 2 pics are before reno.
