SOLD - 1999 13’ Renovated Scamp Trailer w/ toilet room - $16,500 - Hood River, OR

This beautifully renovated 1999 Scamp 13’ camper weighs only 950 lbs and can be pulled by most vehicles including most cars and all SUVs. This camper can fit comfortably in most driveways or garages with plenty of room for other gear making for easy storage in the winter months. These campers are made in the USA, have a long waitlist, and boast a great resale value because of their durable fiberglass shell which is both lightweight, easy to tow, and practically leak-proof. Any parts you could possibly need can be ordered directly from their factory in Minnesota.

We are located near Hood River, Oregon. This will be a cash only sale, no trades, no holds.

INSIDE DETAILS:
We went down to the subfloor when we renovated, ensuring that there were no leaks, rot or imperfections that weren’t taken care of (pictures can be provided). The flooring is waterproof luxury vinyl tile which is very durable and attractive. All the original particle board doors and panels were removed and replaced with upgraded birch plywood stained to match the floor perfectly and marine varnished with a durable clear, top coat. All wood pieces were professionally made custom by boat interior craftsmen. Curtains are custom made and washable. Tons of interior storage and flexible nets on front storage makes it easy to grab and go items. Screen door allows the breeze in and keeps the bugs out. Brand new cushions and covers on the convertible dinette from Scamp.

UTILITIES:
All the plumbing was replaced and a 16-gallon gray water tank was added under the dinette - not standard to this camper. New 16-gallon fresh water tank was added with new piping. Electrical was inspected by an electrician and new wiring completed as needed. LEDs added throughout for energy efficiency. All plumbing and electrical works perfectly. Toilet has all new black water plumbing and an 8 gallon tank that sits under the toilet and is easily accessible from the outside of the camper for dumping.

We used a very small, inexpensive electric heater for heating this camper which, because it’s so well insulated, wasn’t used unless it got down to under 50 degrees. Air conditioners are easy to install and can be purchased from the manufacturer if desired - not included in this camper. The refrigerator can run off conventional 120 shore power or 12 volt powering systems so the fridge will stay cold when you are on the road. The fridge works great and has a small freezer compartment. The 2-burner stove works great and runs off the propane tank.

OUTSIDE:
The tires and rims are brand new from the manufacturer. The bearings have been repacked and the tires have been balanced by Les Schwabs less than a month ago. The hitch and back bumper have been sprayed with rust proof, tough bed liner for years of durability. Comes with a functioning battery and propane tank. All windows and rivets have been replaced and caulked with silicone. The awning is original and in like-new condition. Easy to move with 1-2 people and a trailer dolly because it’s so lightweight. New tire cover over the spare with a rim that is in good condition since it’s never been used.
