This Casita is 25 years young. It’s fiberglass and leak proof and has at least another 25 years left in her. I have a CERTIFIED copy of a clean title. When it was built, it included a toilet and gas burners. The previous owners removed these things. I replaced them with a hot plate and a camping toilet and that suited me just fine. If you’re satisfied with a hot plate and camping toilet, you can hit the road today. If you want to fix this up and put those back in, that’s doable. But just know it is ready to go now.
I purchased it three years ago. Took it on one big trip. Ever since I have been airbnb-ing it. It is 16 feet from the tip of the trailer hitch to the back bumper.
