Greetings to all, I am selling my 1999 Casita Spirit Deluxe 16 ft travel trailer. Not in perfect condition, but there's no serious issues either. I think this will be perfect for someone wanting to refurbish and customize to their liking. Missing parts to the hot water heater but besides that's it's all in working order.
