17’ Casita White fiberglass travel trailer with wet bathroom. It has a 2 person dinette that converts to a 6’ bed. The larger dinette area is now a full time bedroom with a custom 12”x 54”x 74” full size mattress from “Love My Casita”. The original cushions and hardware are included if the second dinette is desired by new owner. The kitchen area has a 2-burner cooktop with exhaust vent/light, microwave oven, stainless steel sink, 3-way Dometic refrigerator with freezer. Dinette has storage under seats with additional storage above. This ‘above storage’ continues over the bed and kitchen area. There is a hanging closet just inside the entry door. All the interior lights have been upgraded to brighter LED lights. The wet bath has a toilet, lavatory and shower. The unit has a grey tank and a black tank. It has a 16 gallon fresh water tank for use with the 12 volt DC water pump. The Casita can be hooked up to utilities when utilities are available. The Casita has a Coleman Mach air conditioner mounted on the roof and an exhaust fan skylight unit that exhausts air or reverses for intake of air. The Casita has no heating furnace. The Casita has a new hot water heater, a new rear bumper that stores the Camco sewer drain pipe, new rims and new Goodyear tires. The Casita has a 10’ Fiamma manual awning on the entrance side of the trailer. It also comes with a deep cycle RV battery and a 20 lb. propane bottle. The Casita has Stabilizers on the rear to provide a stable trailer when camping. A TV is included with the Casita. The Casita Spirit Deluxe Trailer has a clean title in our name.
The Casita weighs under 3000 lbs. and can be towed with a wide range of vehicles. We tow the unit with a Nissan Frontier pickup truck with a V-6 motor. It has been no trouble to tow.
