•Bearings packed 380 miles ago•Axle, frame, tongue,  windows, roof, walls, fiberglass, electricity, plumbing all in great shape
•Electricity inspected by master electrician in May 2024
•Plumbing is good— no leaks. Fresh water tank and grey tank in good condition. Black tank and toilet were removed professionally. New subfloor put down where black tank and toilet were removed. They are easily replaceable— release valve is still in tact. 
•Has antena
•All Scamp Rat fur is in good  shape-- deep cleaned may 2024

•12v battery replaced in December 2023
