Selling my father’s 2001 Spirit Deluxe Casita which spent many happy summers in Colorado.  It is currently winterized. All systems are working.  The refrigerator and air conditioner were replaced 3-4 years ago.  There is a solar panel that he added that helps keep the batteries charged.  The carpet and upholstery could stand to be professionally cleaned.  The exterior finish is dulled and missing original Casita stickers.  Other than that it’s in good shape. Clean title in hand.
