This 2002 13’ Scamp has the forward bathroom (toilet only) and storage closet. I am the 3rd owner which It has always been kept covered by myself and previous owners. Tires, battery, propane tank, vent cover and tail lights were replaced in 2021. Interior lights were recently converted to LED and a 50 watt solar panel (with deluxe solar control panel and 3-way cutoff switch) was also recently added. With it’s 3-way powered fridge (AC/DC/Propane) this little camper is perfect for boondocking. With less than 1300 lbs empty curb weight and a tongue weight of under 200 lbs it can be towed by pretty much anything. Onboard toilet has a black water tank of 9 gallons; fresh water tank is 12 gallons (with DC water pump). Grey water tank is external and included (blue tank in pictures). Or you can simply connect to shore power and a fresh water hose. This year I replaced the floor covering, resealed all the windows as well as installed a new door hinge kit, door handle and door latch. Also included are the cutting board/serving tray that fits snugly over the 2-burner stove, indoor/outdoor thermometer, 12V DC fan, Bluetooth speaker bar, fitted cover, trailer tongue locks, and 8” wheels that when installed will lower the trailer just enough to fit through a standard 7’ high garage door opening. All windows and door have screens (with no holes) and the rear windows are tinted for extra privacy.
