This is a very nice Casita that we enjoyed for the last 12 years and now it is time for a new home. It is lightweight, easy to tow and easy to set up. It has all the features of a deluxe model with some upgrades added along the way. I did a full exterior buff and shine 2 years ago and removed all the sun damaged decals. It really turns heads when on the road now. I added chrome wheels to go with the new tires also 2 years ago. Other things added or changed include:
-Replaced the refrigerator in 2018
-removed the carpeted floor and installed vinyl wood grain flooring
-removed the vent fan over the stove/sink for better headroom
-reupholstered the seat cushions and seat backs
-replaced the old blinds with new ones
-replaced the bathroom sink and faucet
The roof AC unit works fine and has a heat strip to take the chill off the cool mornings. The water pump works and the gas heater worked fine the last time we used it. We did not use the hot water heater much at all but it worked fine a few years ago. The Fantastic Fan in the roof does a great job of moving air in the trailer. The microwave and the gas cook top work fine. We never used the bathroom for showers so it is very clean. The awning is in great condition.

The trailer comes with cooking gear, utensils, 2 gravity chairs from Costco that are 3 years old, and many other extras. This trailer is well worth taking a look at. If you are the least bit handy you can make your own modifications like many Casita owners enjoy doing.
