In very good condition well maintained and cleaned. 2 propane tanks, 2 new tires, stove top cooking, microwave, fridge, AC/Heating and exhaust fan all working properly. No problems or issues ready to go to the mountains and back.
Toilet works but we never used it. Shower and running water works with no problems.
