Including memory foam mattress pad, 2” hitch w/ lock pin & EAZ-Lift sway bar, all the tools needed, some spares/extras (water heater anodes, Reflectix for all windows, hitch lock, awning tie downs, etc).

Previous owner had the tires replaced and axle serviced. I just replaced the 120V to 12V power converter ($350 part). Everything is super clean and works as it should except a couple of small issues...
-TV has a small vertical line through the display.
-Awning doesn’t close all the way in the front, not sure if I’m doing something wrong or maybe it just needs to be cleaned.
-The trailer does show its age with some rust on some of the hardware, yellowing plastic, and the gel coat isn’t very shiny.

Unfortunately the interior height (5’ 10”) is just too short for me to use comfortably. If ad is up, it's available. Lowballers will be ignored.
