This is a 2004 Casita 17 Spirit Deluxe which is the model with the higher ceiling clearance, 2 dinettes that make beds and a full bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink all inside. It measures 17 feet long by 6 feet 8 inches wide and only weighs 2385 pounds so it can be towed by most vehicles. It has air conditioning, heater and awning. It has a 2-burner stove, sink and fridge with a freezer inside. It's currently registered, everything works, and it has a small storage rack on the back.
