A great little gem for two folks on the move! This 2006 17’ Spirit Deluxe has been upgraded over the years to provide every convenience for cross-country excursions from KOA’s to state parks to dry camping off the grid. It’s spic and span inside (no pets, no smokers) and well maintained. We converted the dining area into a bed and added a full-size foam mattress and bedding. Check the photos for all the little extras we’ve added. We’re also leaving the cabinets full of towels, pots and pans, utensils. No microwave (we use that space for food) but the wiring is in place.
We have an extra AGM battery installed with switches to use or charge A or B, both or neither. With the solar and 2 batteries, there’s plenty of energy for boondocking. We also added a volt/amp meter to track battery charging and discharging. The brakes and bearings have been meticulously maintained, with bearings, and races replaced 3/2018. We’ve kept the Casita covered, so the gelcoat is in good shape.

Since we are now retiring from RVing – after years of happy adventuring – we offer all our spare parts and accessories, the chocks and blocks, some camping gear, a few specialized tools, manuals, etc. to the new owner. This well-loved Casita would be an excellent package for a newbie. We’re also happy to spend several hours in a face-to face tutorial, sharing instructions and tips from our 18 years of experience on the road.
