My wife and I are selling our 2006 17 foot Floor Plan B trailer.  It is a very nice clean unit.  We don't smoke or have pets.  Most all of the original brochures and owner's manuals for the trailer features and appliances are in a set of two notebook binders,

It has a 3 burner cook top, 3 way powered refrigerator, furnace, wall mount A/C unit, dual dinettes (front and back) convert to beds (full and twin), toilet/shower, TV ready, outdoor shower, awning and dual propane tanks.

Interior lighting changed to LED with additional LED lighting strips.  Ventilation fan has modification for lower fan speeds.  New ignitor in refrigerator.  Sewer hose storage under trailer.

Has seen very little use in the last three years and has been stored indoors except for the last month.
