2006 CASITA SPIRIT DELUXE-17’

Very nice condition. Clean inside and out. Have clear title. Located 45m south of Washington DC.

Dinette table seats 4 and converts to sleep 2. I also have a foam mattress topper if desired. Makes a big difference in comfort. Two seat cushioned table converts to single bed. Full kitchenette that has 2 burners cook top, microwave and sink. Oversized refrigerator with freezer, can be used with gas, battery, or electricity. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Gas heat, air conditioner and fantastic fan. Plenty of storage space including full length storage closet.

On the outside also has electric tongue Jack and outdoor shower. Also Famia awning. This unit came with every upgrade Casita made for that year I believe. Tires have good tread but are about 6 years old. Comes with “stuff” you will need, plugs, hoses, tv shelf, and TV with built in DVD. Kept under carport. After years of enjoyment I’m retiring and plan to camp much more often so we are getting a larger unit.
