This Casita has the patio awning and an electric tongue jack. We have modified the wardrobe closet, adding a shelf for more storage options. For convenience, we kept the rear dinette permanently in the bed position and added a fitted mattress rather than utilizing the seat cushions as a mattress. Fitted mattress included. Side dinette has a sufficient table and also converts to a bed. We added a rear receiver hitch for a bike rack. The microwave currently is not working and it serves as an additional storage cabinet now. All other systems (refrigerator, two burner stove, furnace, water heater, and air conditioner) are working. Our Casita lived in the Pacific Northwest (less UV exposure than in the Southwest) for most of its life and has been covered when not in use. Title is clear. Please text or email me.
