2007 Casita 17’ Spirit Deluxe w/ bunkbeds (now the Heritage model) travel trailer - in great condition: well maintained, and used about 4-5 weekends / yr. Clean title in hand.  Kitchen, bathroom, and rare bunk beds - a great trailer for a family.  The layout allows for access to the kitchen & bathroom without having to climb over the other. Denver is a dry environment, so no moisture issues.  No smoking trailer and really clean. Get into those small spots that bigger rv's can't.  Doesn't need anything to hit the road.  You can be camping this weekend...

Couple upgrades - larger wheels/tires (16"), weight distribution and anti-sway hitch, scissor jacks on all 4 corners, 2" hitch receiver on back.  Recent maintenance - hitch system (emergency brake, chains, hitch wiring harness), axle bearing overhaul, new vent hoods on roof (grey / black water, bathroom vent, and main cabin vent hood), 2021 deep clean and exterior detail with ceramic coating.  Super light trailer and super easy to yank around in the mountains.
