A separate sitting and dining area with plush upholstered swiveling chairs. Appliances consist of an LP/electric refrigerator, water heater, range hood, range, microwave oven, and a roof air conditioning. All appliances are in great working order. Battery was replaced a few months ago along with 3 window blinds. This Rv is in great condition and only used a handful of times. The only cosmetic issues has been the lack of waxing and paint has oxidized over the years leaving it with a duller finish.
