Very clean, no pets, no smoking,
Has fresh water tank with sink but no bathroom or gray water tank.
No air conditioning.
Has nice awning in excellent condition.
Interior is very clean with no scuff marks or scratches.
Upholstery is clean, no tears, wear areas, sun fade.
Has microwave and three way fridge
Used very little. Camped at Honeyman park near
Florence once or twice a year.
No leaks. Well maintained .
Pulls very nicely with my Tacoma
