2008 Casita Liberty Deluxe 16 foot trailer

This trailer is in good condition and has been stored in our garage during the winter. Just did some spring maintenance to check it over, which included a new battery and new water pump.

There is a solar system that does a nice job of powering the water pump and the exhaust fan which keeps the trailer very cool if you don't want to plug in.

This is an air conditioner model but I never plugged in so I'm not sure of its condition. The refrigerator is propane but again I never used it so not sure on condition. The exhaust fan for the stove does not work, but the main exhaust in the roof is more than enough.

I have all the original documents and manuals for the entire trailer and all the components. It also includes a few extras like an anti-roll device and a custom hitch for towing.
