Has AC, Gas Heat, Gas Hot Water Heater, Gas cook top, microwave, and refrigerator (120V or gas).

Everything works except the heater, which starts up (flame visible through viewing window) but shuts off after a couple of minutes without blowing any hot air.

Exterior gelcoat is chalky and gelcoat is thin on right front corner (see pictures).
