Hi selling our  Casita it’s a 2010 it is 17ft fully equipped it is the deluxe version with dinette full kitchen, shower AC. Everything is in great condition. Very well-maintained.  we have owned it since new we have all the maintenance records. does not need anything. no pets no smoking new tires all original ready to go. Clean title in hand.
