2012 Casita in excellent condition. A/C, Awning, TV, Dual Tanks, Bathroom, Water Heater, Heater, 3 Way Frig., and Microwave. Our cat shredded the cushions, so the original cushions were replaced and are like new. This is a lightweight trailer and can be pulled by a SUV easily (about 2500 pounds). Price is firm!
