My beautiful 2013 13 Foot Casita Patriot Deluxe is for sale.

I'm am the third owner and it’s in great condition. It has had minimal use and was always garage-stored.
The first couple picked it up at the factory, used it a handful of times, and decided they wanted a larger Casita Spirit instead. I purchased it in May 2020 from the second owner, and have used it only three times since because of overseas travel.

It has an awning, water heater, AC, Magic fan, furnace with thermostat, bathroom (with flush toilet, sink, shower and ceiling fan), three-burner gas stove, metal stove cover, three-way refrigerator, friction sway control bar, electric brakes and LED light package. It has a high-lift suspension and carries two propane tanks.

In addition to the manufacturer dinette table and wall-mounted TV/laptop table, it has a custom-made second table that hinges to provide more space during the day while also functioning as the sleeping platform at night. It also has all the standard features and a surprising amount of storage.

Other bonus features are a foam cover for the bed, making it a dream to sleep on, relective shields for the windows while driving, and a Calmark cover to wrap it up if you leave for the day and want it protected from the sun or overhead trees.

To say it been babied is an understatement. I have all the original manuals, even the wiring and plumbing diagrams. I had it regularly serviced.

I bought new tires in September 2020, and a new marine battery in May 2022.
