I am the third owner and have had the Casita in storage since the unit was purchased. Original owners also had the unit in storage. Unit was recently reupholstered and has not been slept in since. Carpeting is in very good condition. I use a carpet runner to protect the original carpet. Prior owner only traveled in it 6 times, and no problems whatsoever.
It is very light weight and easy to handle. Former owner pulled this Deluxe Casita with a Honda Pilot that has a 6-cylinder, 280 horsepower engine, without any problems. The Casita is very well cared for and has received many wash and wax jobs to protect the paint. I also use Armor All to protect the rubber sealings. All instruction manuals and documentation are included.
