This 2014 Bunk Model is now called a Heritage Model.

I am third owner and lived in it for a year and a half. I know brief history of previous 2 owners though. It’s been well maintained. I never traveled outside the city with it.

Awning, 25 gallon fresh water tank, 25’ 30 amp service cords with 15 amp adapter, no sway hitch, tv, ac/dc/propane refrigerator (newly replaced eyebrow board), newly replace vent fan, roof a/c with heat strip, deep cycle battery, vinyl flooring, outdoor shower hose, and more.

Includes used 600 lb trailer dolly to navigate tight storage, unused water filter with fresh water tank spigot, and various other accessories.

Bunk bed converts into bench and has plenty of storage underneath. While not pictured since I used bunk bunks as storage, I do have both cushions.
