This is a well cared for Casita with lot of recent upgrades and improvements and great little camper that’s16ft and 2300 lbs. Camper is in very good condition with glossy fiberglass exterior in nearly perfect condition. 

In the bathroom, it has a shower, sink, power vent, and toilet along with Hepo Valve upgraded from P trap drain in shower. Also has the OEM shower drain valve closure to gray water tank smells from entering bathroom.

Camper incorporates a kitchen with a 2 burner propane stove, refrigerator (propane/120v/12v), sink, cooling air conditioner, and power vent. There's also a microwave. It has a cozy double bed with 3 inch memory foam pad, dining table and swivel chairs or can be converted to a single bed to sleep a total of 3 (plywood & foam pad included)

It has good cabinet space and a closet. Camper has 2 propane gas tanks and exterior crank out awning for shade. Solid camper that’s low maintenance and trouble free. 

Pulls easily and smoothly on highway and in the mountains. Includes a sway control bar (needs matching hitch). I pulled it in the NC and VA mountains with a Toyota Highlander Hybrid with no problems and 22-24 MPG! Clear title.

Upgrades 2024:

Electrical Upgrades: 

• Added 2 -100Amp LiTime Lithium Batteries for a total of 200Amp of power. Plenty for boon-docking
• Add Battery shut off switch to prevent battery drain when in storage.
• Replaced OEM 120/12v power converter with 55Amp converter to support Lithium batteries
• Added Victron 100/30Amp Solar MPPT monitor  and external solar plug  to battery door to connect portable solar panel. Will include Delta 230 watt foldable solar panel and extension cables. Victron Solar digital readout installed and can also monitor solar charging via Bluetooth on phone or tablet via Victron app
• Added Victron battery monitoring system to monitor battery draw, voltage and Amps. Shows remaining use of batteries based on electrical draw. Great for Boodocking. Has digital readout and also Bluetooth connects to phone or tablet
• Replaced all interior and exterior bulbs with LED, and have spares that convey with Casita
• Add 12V LED interior chandler light around Fantastic ceiling Fan with separate switch. This provides light to entire living area in Casita. 
• Added12V LED exterior awning light strip with dedicated switch on porch light. Operates from Lithium batteries
• Added outside 30Amp locking connector for main power cable, which now can be quickly disconnected from Casita. No more struggling to push power cable into tiny interior cavity.
