We have owned this Casita for one year and have used it locally in Florida camping every other month.  It is easy to pull and has been reliable, with all the equipment functioning as it should.  We are selling it as we need something larger. Includes many accessories such as:  camp chairs, camp rug, utensils, extra fans, bulbs, hood vent, boxes of miscellaneous accessories.  Everything on this camper is in excellent working order.
