Perfect for one or two people needing a dependable rv trailer to tote around for their road trips. Self contained with a wet bath (toilet, shower & sink), queen sized bed, A/C & heat, 2 captain chairs w/ table, full mirror, kitchen, TV, tall closet, and many storage compartments throughout. This 17 foot Casita Freedom Deluxe was upgraded with awnings (worked great during a hot summer spent in Florida!), a bigger and deeper kitchen sink, a custom cut & fitted queen mattress made specifically for it, an extra towel hanging bar in the wet bath, and a lift up cutting board beside the stove for a little extra prep space. One of the best features of Casitas is they are water tight because of its all around fiberglass exterior-think 2 bathtubs stacked together (also why they’re highly sought after; within a week of owning this trailer, a stranger knocked on our door asking if we were selling when they saw it in our yard driving by-no kidding!). No paper thin walls that cannot withstand normal road travel wear and tear & outdoor elements meaning it will last a long time (and retain its value!). Easy to tow and store. Size is very convenient as all RV parks easily accommodated last minute reservations when we occasionally winged our road trips. Sale includes all you see on and inside the trailer as well as a hand controlled trailer dolly and 2 step entry option. We also have the larger table top and bench cushions if you wish to convert bed back into a dining area. We loved this trailer and will happily show interested parties ready to take a look.
