Hello and thanks for stopping by. We are selling our beloved Casita 16' after being the original owners for 5 years. We have loved and maintained the camper well and have had it stored since 2018 under a camper cover. We had a child recently and between 2020-2022 (Pandemic) there has not been much travels for us lately. She has seen maybe 8,000-10,000 miles total since we purchased. Here is a basic list of what I tell you about the upgrades done. It was stored and winterized in approx November 2018. Tires are still in great condition and hold air. Exterior has some dirt spot and leaves that will be cleaned off.
