Selling my 16 ft. 2016 Spirit Standard (no bathroom).  First owner.  Very lightly used--fewer than 15 trips total.  Non-smoker.  Awning, vinyl flooring, outside shower, anti-sway control, a/c (no heater), 16 gal fresh water tank, 13 gal gray water tank, 3-way refrigerator, Fantastic fan roof vent fan. Water tank, stove, propane tanks have never been used. Pulls easily with vehicle rated for 3,500 lbs--I used a Jeep Wrangler.

Back bed (pictured) makes into a 4-person dinette.  Side dinette (pictured) makes into single bed (also pictured).  Front sofa is large enough to sleep on.  Also has an option to make back cushion into a shelf above for more storage.
