Being a 2016, this Casita has the more user friendly and more robust bath sink cabinet as opposed to the easily damaged and hard to clean wall mounted sink.

Great condition. It has the high lift axel, outside shower, awning, low profile A/C with heat pump, aftermarket microwave, 3 way refrigerator with button guard and hinge reinforcement kit, Fantastic fan vent.

We recently added BAL stabilizer jacks on all 4 corners.

All 3 tires changed (load range E), large group 31 AGM battery and fresh LP leak detector were all installed new last summer around 500 miles since.

I added a battery disconnect and solar charging port. It will come with a portable solar system 140W Zamp brand. It also comes with an electronic level sensor with monitor. The monitor is also capable of adding tire pressure monitoring. This level indicator, along with the included Andersen Camper Leveler see exterior photos , make leveling the trailer a breeze. The bathroom shelf guards from Little House Customs make the shower storage much more convenient. Recently added electronic entrance door lock with remote key fobs.

The trailer is very clean and 100 working condition. The only detractor is that a few slats in the metal mini blinds were a bent by a previous owner though still completely functional.
