Custom made base to safely put a mini pack and play in between the side dinette seats.

Imperfections:
-Needs a new middle bracket for the awning (a $22 piece), lesson learned: make sure you remove the center brace before closing the awning.
-External electrical cover needs replacement (we have the part).
-Bathroom fan has not worked since we purchased it, never was an issue for us but you may want to replace it.

3rd owner, stored indoors and then outdoors for the past 1.5 years.
