Casitas are well know for their smart design, quality of build and high resale value. There are plenty of pictures and descriptions on the web. We decided to only focus in this ad, on the specifics of this camper.

The Independence includes:
-2 twin beds that can be set up as a dinette, or
- if you want to cuddle, a king size bed
and you can switch back or forth as the mood strikes.

This Casita Deluxe has a number of features and options:
- A wet bath with toilet, sink and shower
- Water Heater
- Furnace (and heat pump)
- Air Conditioner and Ceiling Fan/Vent
- Electric Tongue Jack
- Awning
- Video Package with a wall mounted Full HD TV that can play DVDs and a remote control
- Microwave
- High Lift Axle with off-road tires
- Large 3 way fridge with large freezer that can hold both food and make ice cubes at the same time.
- Custom made blackout shades
- 3 burner gas stove with vent

There are two unique modifications to this camper, done by the prior owner. One we kept because we like it, and the other we removed, but it is available if you want it.
- All decals, except one naming it a Casita, have been removed. This and the oversized off road tires give it a unique
appearance. We left it as is.
- They had a custom bunk bed made which you can see in the pictures. This was for their young children. We removed it
but it is available if you want it.

We have had the Casita ( we call her "The Pearl" in part due to her appearance, and partially due to what she has meant to us). professionally inspected and winterized before putting her up for sale.

Although we really enjoyed it (We had a T@B and Airstream) before it, we are older and replacing it with a summer cottage
