2018 casita 17’ spirit deluxe

Bought this last year in hopes that it was in good working condition. Turned out it needs a lot more work than we have the time or money for. This casita was professionally cleaned on the floors and walls. Bleached, scrubbed.
New dining window installed.
Pulled out the dining chairs and table with intention of putting a bunk bed in. (Still have both dining chair inserts)
Pulled out furnace, and stove due to rust. Bought new stove, needs to be installed.
Refrigerator still works, water works.
Not sure about water heater!
These are hard to come by in California, but maybe someone with the expertise can make this wonderful again!
