2019 Casita Spirit ready for a new home.

The kids and I have outgrown it and we don’t have much time to take it out anymore.

Very clean and only used less than a dozen times within California. Have never cooked inside and does not have any smells

I also have a brand new Anderson weight distribution hitch and brand new outdoor privacy room enclosure still in unopened box from Fiamma that fits the casita. Both this can be included for $1200 or some separately for $1600
