Overall Condition:
Overall, the trailer is in great condition. No fiberglass damage, there are a few very small spider gel coat cracks above the entrance door, Few lite scratches on the body, No frame damage, No frame rust, and no axle issues. All electronics are in working condition. no water leaks, no plumbing issues, no interior water line issues, and no signs of any cigarette smoked.

- -Bearing re-packing / Brake adjustment
- -Led interior lights
- -Checked all plumbing pipes, holding tanks, release valves, water lines/connections
- -A/C duct cleaned, and filters replaced
- -Add a portable 100-watt Monocrystalline silicon cell solar panel with a charger.
- -New Rv 24-series 12v battery.
- -Replaced all snap caps and resealed.
- -New propane tank
The seller will have the camper trailer set up at a local RV Resort for the buyer to inspect upon pickup.
The buyer is responsible for picking up or transporting the travel trailer within 25 days of winning the auction.
The buyer agrees to pay the seller a $500.00 Non-Refundable Security deposit via PayPal within 24 Hrs. After the end of the auction, the remaining balance can be paid in the form of cash or cashier's check. No personal checks will be accepted.
