SOLD - 2020 17' Casita Spirit Standard - $25,500 - Fort Collins, CO

Like new 2020 Casita Spirit Standard travel trailer. Love this trailer, just going a different way with our camping experience. Only been on 8 relatively short camping trips in it. Tires only have 5000 miles on them, and have been covered since we got it.

Options and upgrades:

High lift Dexter axle suspension package with 15" D-rated radial tires
Air conditioner
Powered roof vent fan
32 gallon gray water tank
Water heater (gas and electric, w/electronic ignition)
Propane Suburban furnace
Propane Suburban two burner stove
Hood vent
Dometic fridge and freezer (3 way: propane, DC, AC)
12v water pump
Aluminum cased Fiamma awning
Outside shower/wash station
25 gallon fresh water tank upgrade
LED interior and exterior lights
180 watt Zamp solar panel with 15 amp weatherproof digital charge controller
Sealed maintenance free AGM deep cycle battery upgrade
Curt friction anti-sway control
Hitch ball mount with anti-sway ball and bracket
Leveling blocks
Folding kitchen shelf
Surge protector
Blue slate cushions
Lots of storage

Complete tool kit and accessories included:

Viair 450P-RVS air compressor with air gauge, hose extension
Snow chains
Flat tongue foot, as well as wheel
Tire iron
Master Lock hitch ball lock
Box wrench and monkey wrench for hitch ball
Brake adjuster tool
Tool bag
4 Roblock wheel chocks
Vinyl tire covers
Water heater cleaning wand
Water line blowout plug
Hose and nozzle for outdoor shower

Tows easy, so much fun. Cheap to insure. We spent several cold below freezing nights in it with no issues, and stayed toasty warm. Beds are super comfy. Sleeps five easily. The solar panel keeps the battery fully charged even with phones, iPad, and Nintendo charging, furnace running, lights on.

A few small issues that I'm happy to show you: front LED light has a short, one of the USB plugs does not work, floor is not perfect, one broken hinge on a storage compartment, one loose rivet on stove cover. These are easy fixes for someone handy. Cleaner now than it came from the factory.

Don't wait two years for a Casita! This one is ready for spring camping. Water lines were blown out before winter with the compressor, and the propane tanks are nearly full.

This camper trailer has a lien through a local credit union. We can go to the credit union together, and the title will be released to you same day with cash or wire transfer transaction.

Contact me through Craigslist email, and you can come by my house in Fort Collins to check it out thoroughly.

Thanks!
