2020 Casita Spirit Delux 17

One owner, just professionally detailed (have receipt for $550). See photo for spec sheet from Casita. Casita factory battery was replaced with a standard battery about a year ago but I haven’t tested it recently.

It has most of the goodies: a/c, furnace, larger water tank, high lift, solar hookup, outdoor shower. No awning. 

Title in hand ready to transfer. Flagstaff AZ. Purchased direct from Casita in 2020.
