Do you want an adorable cabin on wheels? When I sold my vintage cabin (on Whidbey Island) in the PNW a few years back this is what I bought! I lived in it for 12 weeks last winter in Palm Springs and I like it so much here I've decided to be a snowbird so I bought a 27 ft trailer to leave here permanently.
My Scamp has a Double Bed, Bathroom with a Toilet and Shower, Kitchen area with a Sink, Refrigerator that runs on propane or electric, and two burner propane stove with cover. Furnace that runs on propane. (when I'm hooked up to electric I bring a small elec heater). I use the Electric Water Heater but there is also a Propane Water Heater that you can repair and have both. It's likely a simple repair (guessing 400$ plus or minus) but I'm hooked up to electric here so I had an electric water heater installed.
I've taken good care of her and she's been only lightly used. I'm a total fan of the Scamp company for the help I get when I call Scamp service for advice and instructions on weatherizing and many things. She also has a bike rack on the back. You can have my umbrella in the picture if you like that serves as a colorful sunshade/awning. Delivery MAY be available to Seattle, WA and points in Between if they are directly off I-5.
Also If by chance you don't want my cute homemade curtains I can provide the original curtains. I'd love to keep the homemade ones in case I get to buy another Scamp in the future for my camping trips in the summers.
