It is a 2021 it has a clean title! tires are in decent shape still can be towed in as-is condition not sure what it cost to get fixed don't have the time or the money to invest. it is equipped with roof-mounted AC, furnace and it has the desirable wet bath in the 13' model. Asking $5,000
