SOLD - 2021 17' Casita Spirit Deluxe - $30,850 - Albuquerque, NM

Deciding to sell our gently used 2021 17’ Spirit Deluxe. Asking $30,850.

This Casita is in great condition with the following upgrades and options:

• Sealed Maintenance Free Deep Cycle Battery Upgrade

• Furnace

• Aluminum Cased Patio Awning

• Outside Shower/Wash Station with hose

• 25 Gallon Fresh Water Tank Upgrade

• LED Interior & Exterior Lights

• 15" Aluminum Alloy Wheels

Everything is in great condition. The Black water, awning, A/C and stove were never used.

Notes: The TV works but we took it down because the plastic Mount on the back of the tv broke off. Lastly, a 40mph wind gust pushed our door open so the stopper had a dent. We had it repaired and sealed with a new stopper.
