2021 Casita Independence Deluxe. Has been highway hauled less than 500 miles and was under a roof its entire life so far. Non smoker. No animals inside. Has some upgrades including upgrade house battery, 25 gal fresh water tank, microwave, LED lights upgrade inside and out, Electric tongue jack. Anderson Hitch, High lift suspension, HDTV. furnace. AC works on shore power. furnace is gas. Stovetop is gas. Two propane tanks. Tires very good.

Needs: needs a window latch reglued. Needs microwave made more secure. No other issues and neither of those is a serious problem.

As I clean and sanitize the interior I will post more photos.

The independence Deluxe model has a shower, toilet, and bathroom sink.

I pulled it with my Subaru Outback.
