Very nice condition Heritage Deluxe with many upgrades.

This is nice and light easy to tow. Approx 2,500Lbs About 18' overall length (Including Bumper mounted Spare).

Couch Doubles as a bunk so can sleep up to 4.

This is a non-smoker unit. We have had a small dog in it (no messes or smells).

We did install a new thick custom mattress in the back where the table doubles as a large bed. The original tabletop and all cushions have been stored in doors and are in great shape. Also included is a slightly larger lower bunk mattress suitable for an adult.
