We picked up our Casita in May 2022 after waiting almost a year. We were grateful for this time to learn everything we could about rv’s because we knew NOTHING. After watching a ton of videos and following Casita groups on Facebook, we felt like we were ready when May came around. After about seven awesome camping trips, we want to start taking the grandkids, so we need to upgrade. If you are looking for a camper that is ready to go with almost every upgrade that is out there, then this is the one you are looking for. 

The GVWR IS 3750 lbs. and the mileage is approx 5000. It has been stored under cover when not in use.  

Most factory upgrades were added at the time of purchase as listed below:

A few personal touches include:

     Casita Mattress and a Hypervent Aireflow (under mattress)

We are very particular people so this camper is in New Condition. We are aware of the price increase of 2023 Casitas but we have priced this according to what we have put into it and based on 2022 prices.
