2022 Casita 17’ Spirit Deluxe. Factory finished in March 2022 and in immaculate shape, like new. It has been used 2-3 times since April.

This is the 17’ Spirit Deluxe version, with AC, Bathroom, and shower standard. Additional add ons: Outdoor shower, Video entertainment package, furnace, awning, fresh water tank upgrade, LED Lighting, aluminum alloy wheels, solar port, deep cycle AGM battery, electric tongue jack, roller shades, folding shelf, high lift suspension package, Anderson weight distribution hitch, casita kit, and water filter.

The black tank has never been used on this. The interior has been kept meticulously cleaned, and many items have never been used such as the AC aside from testing it out to ensure it’s functionality.
