Well cared for HC1 with these options: Lifted frame, 100W solar, Truma forced air, Dometic drawer fridge, Kitchenette, Jalousie windows, Moonshade awning, Privacy screen, New radial tires, Moon hubcaps, Rear step, California Tint ceramic wax and paint protection film.
The Jalousie windows fit the retro style of the camper and, for us, were well worth the extra cost. In a persistent rain, however, water may drip inside from one corner of the passenger side window. A sponge placed on the sill keeps the interior dry.
The old style look, the rear hatch, the storage capacity and light weight make the camper unique. What it lacks is a shower - something we’d increasingly prefer to have. That aside, the Happier Camper has been an excellent RV for us. Kept under cover. Still looks new. $42,000 invested in it.
