Layout 2, which is the bathroom layout. Big bed option, so close to a queen size bed.
I ordered it without the cooktop or refrigerator to keep the weight down. No A/C, but it can be added.
It's +/- 1250lbs and I tow it with a 4cyl Toyota Tacoma.
