My mother purchased this RV to enjoy her retirement back in mid 2022 (she drove from Texas to Minnesota to get it!!), she has used it twice (two 5 day outings) to check everything worked and she knew how to use it, then unexpectedly she passed away before she could go for her big RV holiday.

I am selling the RV as it's too small for me and is too good a unit to just sit and get old.

In addition to the RV, I have included a 30Amp extension cable (25 foot long), sewer pipe, fresh water hose, leveling blocks, a topper mouse that goes on top of the bed for more comfort and several cushions. The sale also includes an outside popup tent if wanted (see pics below).

The RV also comes with a few cups, plates and some cutlery, that my mother purchased for it.

It is the standard model 13 foot scamp, but it has the Roof AC unit, a roof fan, the glass top 2 stove burner, 8ft awning (manually operated), electric brakes and the powered roof top TV antenna, there may be other upgrades but those are the ones I noticed (the bathroom does NOT have the hand basin option).

Everything works correctly, AC, Water, sewage and electricity, the Propane tank is full and the battery holds a complete charge.

These are very popular RV as they can be pulled with a regular car, I have a clear TX title (No lien). I have a collection of owners manuals for all the appliances and the original SCAMP owners manual.

The trailer has been stored indoors all the time that we have owned it, it has an external awning that is in great condition.

Asking $22K and the RV is located just north of Dallas in a small town called Princeton.
